The Daily Glyph is a collaborative website born out of love for Typography and the idea of simple daily sketches focusing mostly on type and letters. Its purpose is to inspire and encourage designers, illustrators, doodlers and Typography lovers to share their daily traces.

Users are free — and encouraged — to upload their work and share it with the world! Whether you are a pro, or someone who simply needs a little push to reconnect or begin experimenting with hand-drawn type, this site will provide the encouragement, inspiration and support we sometimes need to step away from the computer, grab a pencil and let loose.

It’s that simple. There are no restrictions, requisites or obligations. You are welcome to upload (as many times as you wish) your latest meeting doodles, lettering exercises, sketches or simply browse the site, soak in some inspiration and enjoy some of the great work other users have submitted.

Now, about Me… My name is Diego Guevara and I am a Miami based Creative/Art Director & Designer, oh! and Founding Father of TheeBlog.net The Daily Glyph is the result of my love, devotion and yes, fascination with everything related to Type. This website was conceived based on my daily type and lettering exercises that until this point, except for Facebook and Instagram shares with friends, have never seen the light of day, and it also has a very special meaning as it encompasses many of my passions including Typography, Lettering, Drawing and collaborating with other inspiring artists.
